DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Contiguous USA

Ground Shipping — $12.95 for orders under $150.00. Free for orders over $150.00.
– Transit time – Typically 8-14 business days in transit once shipped
– This method does not deliver on weekends

Non-Contiguous USA: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Standard Shipping – $34.99
– Transit time – Typically 5- 7 business days in transit

Military APO/FPO (Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific):
– Transit time – Typically 10-15 business days in transit, but could take up to 6-8 weeks.

USA Warehouse + Global Fulfillment Network
At Nuvia, we work with a variety of manufacturers around the world to offer you a unique and ever-changing selection of styles. Most orders ship from our main distribution center in New Jersey, but some items may come straight from our global partners—so your order might arrive from more than one location.

Processing Timeline

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. This can vary a bit—especially during busy times like holidays, big sales, or site-wide promotions. Our warehouse in New Jersey ships Monday through Friday, and takes a break on weekends, national holidays, and during severe weather. Keep in mind that public holidays aren’t included in our estimated delivery times, and our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Undeliverable Packages

Please note: When packages are deemed as “undeliverable” by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives “return to sender” packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.

International Shipping Costs
Rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on your address and your order’s weight and dimensions.

Processing Timeline International orders may take up to 10–14 business days to process before they ship. This processing time is separate from the shipping time, so be sure to factor both in when selecting your shipping method. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order leaves our international hub. From there, delivery time will depend on your selected shipping option, your location, and your country’s customs process. Please also keep in mind that USA public holidays may affect processing and shipping times. Our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays. We appreciate your understanding!

Standard Shipping
Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days once your order ships from our international shipping partner, Global-E. Some destinations may take longer—up to 60 days in rare cases.

Express Shipping (not available in all countries)
Faster delivery with estimated arrival times once shipped from Global-E’s hub:
Canada: 3–5 business days
Europe & Latin America: 5–7 business days
Asia & Africa: 7–9 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Customs delays can occasionally add extra time to your order’s journey.
